The TOAH Fund is an example of a highly collaborative public-private partnership to invest in improving local communities. Each of the partners is committed to increasing housing and services for low income families and to building healthier, more sustainable neighborhoods.
The fund is sponsored by the Great Communities Collaborative and seeded with a $10 million investment from the Metropolitan Transportation Commission.
